Our leadership team meets with you remotely or onsite, to understand your needs, requirements and timeline. This is our first step to providing you with world-class talent delivery services.  Next, meeting with the Manager responsible for the day-to-day workstreams your candidate shall deliver is essential. Awareness to the program and deliverables provides us with the information to benchmark our extensive database of qualified candidates. Finally, gaining insights into the interview process and eventual onboarding process of your candidate with remote or onsite requirements follows. This entire process generally requires up to one-hour of calls.
