Cassidy West is a seasoned Business Development and Talent Delivery professional who spent the first ten years of his career achieving a plethora of Sales awards as a Full Desk Senior Technical Recruiter. 

Cassidy was awarded as the top producing Sr. Technical Recruiter of an organization that was deemed Inc. 5000's Fastest Growing IT Staffing Company in America. While there, Cassidy achieved Presidents Club five years in a row, attributed to many successful IT hires and historically low attrition rates. Whether it is a Professional Services, Staffing or Direct Hire need; Cassidy and his team are laser focused on quality over quantity. 

Cori West is a savvy Full Desk Senior Technical Recruiter that leads with empathy, while building trust and operating with transparency. Starting in 2015 Cori excelled quickly in a Technical Recruiting role, as she would often attend client meetings with Sales leaders and act as the technical recruiting expert; asking the important qualifying technical questions.
